Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products are non-refundable once the download or delivery has been initiated.

By purchasing, you agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

For commissioned work (design, illustration, murals):

If you cancel before work starts, you may receive a refund (minus processing costs).
Once work has begun, refunds are no longer possible due to the time and creative effort involved.

If a digital file is damaged or cannot be downloaded, I will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
